Armagh planetarium trip,1st year
We left Castleknock at 9:00 am. There were two buses.The trip to the planetarium took one and a half hours. We arrived at ten thirty and everybody couldn't wait to get off the buses.
When we got in we went up a stairs into theater with a dome roof. The seats were comfortable. When everybody was in a woman called Mary came started the show. We look at the the roof and saw planets rotating around the sun. First we looked at Merucry,Venus,Earth and Mars.
Mary then showed us the gas giants.Jupitar,Saturn,Uranus and Neptune. We also looked at Pluto and all the other planets that are not in our solar system. Then we split into two teams and did a quiz.
After that half the year went to look at the exhibition while the other half went and made water rockets. On the way back we had McDonalds. We arrived in Castleknock at 4:00 pm.
